A Battle For The Ages

A million years from now,
A battle wages,
Evil aliens trying to annihilate,
The good from the world,

We call our earth,
The battle is tough and vigorous,
Earthmen fast loosing,
Yet, one earthling stands tall,

Defeats the aliens with,
Captain Kirk like wit and boldness.

Humans succeed and peace is restored,
Harmony and Freedom prevails!

The Universe

The whole universe in all it's glory
Amazes man since prehistoric times
Pondering what lies out there in the skies
With each spec telling a unique story

'Tis taken many years to hear them out
Slowly but thoroughly one at a time
Sending spacecraft's worth trillions of dime
Learning abound and plenty as we scout

Quest for Goldilocks zone is ongoing
So is search for intelligent life forms
Breaking the current scientific norms
Improving our scientific knowing

Waiting the next set of discoveries
To write my travelogue commentaries

The Atom

I create
I collapse
I destroy
I build
I helped with the universe
I'm the creator of all things
Split me for a world of chaos

Reflecting

Forever
we
sit
alone
and
reflect
on
the
universe

Quatrain

I listen to the Universe
As it sings its own unique song
I watch as the Universe
Slowly drifts a long

Free Verse

Sometimes I'll see many things
Glistening in the night sky
Other times I'll see nothing
Nothing but scattered streaks of light

Center

Center of
Heaven and Mind
Center of
Life and Earth
Center of
Everything
Center of
The Universe

Inspiriation

As lonesome darkness covered my world
I would look up at the night sky
and marvel at the universe
in awe and wonder as the stars flew by

Unreal Reality

This feeling is like
Walking on the outside circle of the earth
Sleeping in the craters of the moon
Hitching a ride on a shooting star
Searching for another galaxy
I'm scattered everywhere
I am just dreaming

Not Forever

Even the stars are
not infinite; they too, will
someday fade away

Haiku

Two Giants collide
It creates a new matter
Nuclear Fusion

Comets

As they roam throughout our yard
We may catch a glimpse of its elegance
So while we stand here and stare
We awe in the glorious Diligence

Stars

Stars are a ticking time bomb
Millions crowd our universe
A waiting to explode, acting calm
With Light comes darkness, and that is its curse

The Moons Canvas

The bright moonlight shines
'Tis a painting in the sky
Yet to be finished

Welcome!

Hello! Welcome to my blog! On this blog you will read about fusion of arts and sciences through the use of poetic verses and commentary about events and findings related to science and outer space exploration. Stars, constellations and planets have fascinated me since my childhood days. Looking at the stars during campings have aroused my curiosity about life, matter, time and space.  Ever since then I have strived to seek, synthesize and disseminate information about the universe, science and living beings. This blog is one of the ways of channelizing and sharing my thoughts for broader reach of my findings and writings.

The White Moon

The moon hangs alone
above the bright morning sun
in the plain blue sky
